Patients suicidal cases found inside shower rooms.
II. Objectives
To modify the toilet fixtures to prevent patients from committing suicide.
III. Action taken
During May to August 2008, R&M team had replaced:
shower room panel and door with curtain and plastic rail.
shower head holders with plastic ones.
metal hooks with plastic ones.
