An organization is a group of fellows joined by a common objective. 3.0

3 What kind of organizations would you be able to find?
There are organizations with different focuses: Sport organizations and clubs Organizations to help people Asociations with the same likes Asociations that face a common problem such as diseases, social or political issues, etc. 3.0

4 And what is the difference with an enterprise?
An enterprise is a type of organization who offers goods and/or services and whose objective is to sell them to Society in order to obtain a profit Goals of the enterprise: Economic  Production of goods and services Merchant  Focused to the sale of the goods and services Lucrative  Profit-making 3.0

According to their constitution or legal form This is a more informal classification, since a multiplicity of different activities exists to be divided into those enterprises that manufacture tangible objects, it’s said, physical products or goods, also known as manufacturing enterprises and those firms that commerce with intangible products or services. There are plenty of enterprises that offer services from their products. That means that these companies are manufacturing and services as well. Many of them make these developments to be converted into services, normally to manage other companies. Other activities of many of these firms are the design and production of computers, mobile phones, etc. These enterprises use to deal through the Internet. 3.0

Identify some company What company do you know in which somebody close to you is working?, Friends, family? Make a list of your parents and relatives’ companies and identify in what kind of classification companies could each be found. What is its activity sector? What legal form is it ? Who is the owner? How many employees are there working? What kind of activity does it develop? 3.0

A company has to be hierarchicaly organized. This means that a person or group of people has to leader the enterprise. LEADER LEADER means to manage and coordinate a group of people to: Work as a team, Focus their efforts to a company common objective, Participate with their ideas to improve the organization, the performance, the products, etc. One of the main aspects of the company managers is to be able to MOTIVATE AND COORDINATE the employees to carry out successful the company activities. 3.0

Achieving success in a business is achieving the goals they have set Take a look to this example A soft drink bottling company has invested resources and money to get one hundred thousand units sold in a year The industrial part of the company, the factory that bottles the soft drink, has the capacity to produce such amount. 3.0
