7 FIRST NATIONS OPPORTUNITY Infrastructure Investments for Energy Conservation
Critical Issue – Escalating Energy Costs / Aging and Costly Infrastructure / Limited Access to Financial Resources / Broken INAC System The Ignite Program Controls Rising Building Infrastructure Costs Reduces Operating Budgets Delivers Cost Certainty Through Guaranteed Budget Stability Simplifies Project Funding Creates Long Term Program Sustainability Investing in First Nation Assets Ignite Platform – Overview Loraxian’s Relationship to Ignite Although Loraxian founded Ignite, it DOES NOT control Ignite; it’s ONLY one (although an important one) resource member to Ignite Ignite completely independent of Loraxian; practically & legally Loraxian provides oversight, proprietary system architecture, administration, and funding to Ignite Ignite is entire system of infrastructure asset acquisition that effectively creates “best in class” & standardization

8 THE IGNITE PROGRAM How does the Community Benefit
Do What’s Best for the Community Develop sustainable, long term infrastructure plan approach Take control of infrastructure costs Attain cost certainty for infrastructure O&M Remove barriers from long term community planning Address environmental issues How does it work? Provides complete turnkey development, design, build, finance, O&M Provides strategically engineered, fully financed, budget-conscious infrastructure improvement solutions Project needs are assessed and tailored through comprehensive energy and facility auditing. The project implementation strategy is collaboratively identified with First Nations leadership to deliver the most impact and the advanced technologies and equipment Ignite Platform – Overview Loraxian’s Relationship to Ignite Although Loraxian founded Ignite, it DOES NOT control Ignite; it’s ONLY one (although an important one) resource member to Ignite Ignite completely independent of Loraxian; practically & legally Loraxian provides oversight, proprietary system architecture, administration, and funding to Ignite Ignite is entire system of infrastructure asset acquisition that effectively creates “best in class” & standardization

9 THE IGNITE PROGRAM Advantages Lower Costs Budget Stabilization
Long-term protection against rising costs. Take advantage of a program which delivers a comprehensive Infrastructure Solutions which reduces daily operational costs Buying power and borrowing power through the Association Budget Stabilization A Unique Solutions which STOPS rising costs/budgets. Take control of your operational costs through advanced systems and data. Immediate Project Funding Secured, Insured and Protected. Implement projects without financial risk or increased debt, and enjoy simplified cost containment. Accelerated Infrastructure Implementation Significantly Less Time. Project roll-out schedules are drastically reduced, paving the way for realising all the benefits to the community much sooner. Ignite Platform – Overview Loraxian’s Relationship to Ignite Although Loraxian founded Ignite, it DOES NOT control Ignite; it’s ONLY one (although an important one) resource member to Ignite Ignite completely independent of Loraxian; practically & legally Loraxian provides oversight, proprietary system architecture, administration, and funding to Ignite Ignite is entire system of infrastructure asset acquisition that effectively creates “best in class” & standardization

10 IGNITING THE OPPORTUNITY
Infrastructure Upgrades for Energy Efficiencies and Enhance Useful Life Energy Generation Solutions – Renewable Energy and Microgrid Project Development New Infrastructure Project Development and Investments Water and Sewer Project Development and Financing Fast-tracking new Educational Facilities Implementing New Technology Solutions Access to Low Cost Capital for First Nation Infrastructure and Housing Projects Ignite Platform – Overview Loraxian’s Relationship to Ignite Although Loraxian founded Ignite, it DOES NOT control Ignite; it’s ONLY one (although an important one) resource member to Ignite Ignite completely independent of Loraxian; practically & legally Loraxian provides oversight, proprietary system architecture, administration, and funding to Ignite Ignite is entire system of infrastructure asset acquisition that effectively creates “best in class” & standardization
