I’ve owned 1 mortgage brokerage and 3 real estate brokerages in the past 15 years When I started Mountain View, I got terrible service from everyone I realized that Listing/Selling real estate is not actually my core business I scrapped the plan and made everything about customer experience I’ve spoken with over 100 sellers to learn what mattered most to them about selling their home And now, I really want to learn what matters most to you…

9 Great Expectations… Market Analysis – Right from the beginning and all the way through the process, we complete deep, regular market analysis on your home and the surrounding areas so we are aware of who the competition is as well as any changes that will affect price and time on the market. Communication – Every Monday we’ll talk about the process. Where we are, how things are going, and go over next steps. Marketing Updates – Every Monday you are also going to receive a report on how the online marketing of your home has performed. This will give us an opportunity to figure out what is working and what isn’t about our strategy.
