5. Scrapbook Committee WE NEED PICTURES!!!
Come join key club's scrapbook committee. We meet every Tuesday from 2:30 to 3:30.
We gather photos from events and socials from the key club members and compile them in a handmade scrapbook that will compete with others in the Texas-Oklahoma district convention.
Even if you don't join the scrapbook committee, you can help make the scrapbook possible and earn donation hours by sending in your school appropriate photos of service projects or socials to
WE NEED PICTURES!!!

6. Book Drive for Cy-Fair Helping Hands
When? TODAY IS THE ABSOLUTE FINAL DAY TO DROP OFF What? 5 books = 1 donation hour Must be new or gently used Must be child/teen FUN literature Where? Ms. Dossett’s Room (2720) AFTER SCHOOL Why? Cy-Fair Helping Hands allows child clients pick out a book to take with them when they drop by the pantry

8. DVD Drive for Texas Children’s Hospital
When? Ends March 10th (FRIDAY BEFORE BREAK) What? 5 books = 1 donation hour Must be new or gently used Must be children’s movies! Where? Ms. Dossett’s Room (2720) AFTER SCHOOL Why? Patients at Texas Children’s go through extremely physically and emotionally taxing experiences. Watching your favorite movie can be therapeutic  YOU CAN BRING SOME EVEN IF NOT SIGNED UP VIA SIGNUPGENIUS

9. Candy Sale!
When? EXTEND TO MARCH 10TH (Friday before break) What? 1 bag of candy= 1 physical hour (max of 5) Each piece costs $1 (MUST RETURN BAG WITH $15 in it) How? Check Out Bags After Meeting or in Mrs. Vanmiddendorp’s Room After School

10. You joined Key Club… now what?
You need…
service hours (10 of which much be physical)
2. 2 social credits
3. Have missed 2 or less meetings throughout the semester ( 1st and 3rd Wed. either 6:35 or 2:40)
Your hours/social credits start over every semester!
*If you didn’t meet these requirements, you are considered an inactive member and the semester will not count for you.

11. Senior Stoles
Write in the comments of the event you are hosting “Host”. Only ONE HOST per event! It’s a first come first serve basis!
You must come pick up your sign in sheet 2 days before your event from Mrs. Garcia’s room 3006.
Must be in Key Club for the past three consecutive semesters
Arrive 10min before and stay 10min after your event. Monitor the behavior of others and set a good example. Lead the other officers and help answer any questions they may have during the event. Make sure to help the event coordinator.
Write a 400 word article about your overall experience in Key Club.
Pay $18 dollars to Mrs. Garcia in envelope with your name and stole.

12. Dance Marathon Reminders:
-You MUST sign up on sign up genius AND the Google Form (in description) -The event is from 2pm-7pm (moved earlier, so if you can no longer attend, delete your name please!)

13. Ronald McDonald House Reminders
You MUST be 16+
You MUST grab a permission slip after the meeting AND bring it to Ms. Vanmiddendorp before Sunday. You CAN NOT GET ON THE BUS WITHOUT IT.
EVERYONE NEEDS TO BRING a driver’s license or state-issued identification card. If you are an international guest, you must bring your current passport and VISA. You can NOT get into Ronald McDonald House without these!!
Only go if you are 100% HEALTHY (and have been/have not been exposed to someone else who is not for the last 2 weeks). Even a cold can be life-threatening to weak immune systems!

Senior Citizen Prom: Dress fancy but school appropriate!
Color Run: Watch Remind101 and your . This event will either switch locations or be pushed back to a later date TODAY or TOMORROW due to location booking and chaperone complications. But it will still be happening!
Prospective Officers (Cy-Ranch and Bridgeland):
Applications are due March 20th (day we return from break), with article attached AND ED. Interviews will be the following week (watch Remind101 and signupgenius) and decisions will come out the first week of April.

15. How do I get my hours?
Make an account on the website! Under “Find A Sign Up” Search: Use this website throughout the year in order to sign up for volunteer opportunities! Also, constantly be checking your , FB page, our website and Remind101 for alerts on new events!

16. BRING YOUR SERVICE CARDS!
If you do not have your service card with you at the meeting YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT FOR YOUR ATTENDANCE!
The little dates on the back are to be stamped by our officers 
If you need your service card signed for an event or social you volunteered at/attended, fill out the date, event name, number of hours, etc. and THEN the president, vps, or supervisors will sign it for you!
