2. My Background Here is a little about me : My interest are:
My name is Ffion Buckley and I am 23 years old, I live in Llandeilo in West Wales and I have arthrogryposis and epilepsy. I really enjoy studying in Bridgend college. Right now I am studying BTEC Level 1 Business.
My interest are:
I like to play tennis,
touch rugby, Dog walking
and helping friends& family.
Playing Xbox and surfing
with friends.
Things I dislike:
Spiders
Curry
MY FAMILY:
I live with my mum and dad, I have a sister called Sophy and a brother called James, a nephew called Harry and I also have a dog called Bertie.

3. My First year
My first year was good but at first I didn’t like it because I had never been away from home and I missed my family.
The staff tried to encourage me to get involved with the others. Some of the students came to see me and introduced themselves and we became friends.
There are 4 corridors in Weston house where students have their bedrooms. The first year I was downstairs then I moved upstairs where students have more independence. This really helped me to settle in and feel more at home.

4. What is Weston House
Weston house is a residential unit where young people with different types of disabilities can stay while they attend to college.
In Weston house we have a living room, dining room, computer room and sensory room.

5. Activities in Weston house
During the week we do a range of different activities.
Monday - swimming, racket ball or stay in.
Tuesday - surfing, going out or staying in.
Wednesday - we do a Drama production.
Thursday - we have a chilled night or we will celebrate someone's birthday. There is a small group of four who goes out on Thursday and we decide as group where we might like to go.
Friday - we go home.
