2. Next Watch as John clicks the cog to access the settings menu
He now clicks on Audio Device
Selects which device he wants to use for his audio. Depending on your setup, there maybe a few options. Unsure? Just try them each in turn
This button plays a sounds, you can make sure your speakers or headset is working
A blue bar will jump around if your microphone is working properly
You can Check Call Quality by clicking here and starting the automated call.
An automated system will prompt you to record a message and then it will be played back.

3. Next John is now going to check his video is working properly
The Video Device section will show any webcam you have connected to your machine
Use the drop down box to select the one you want to use
You can tweek the controls and webcam settings in here. Normally these can be left as they are
Remember to click OK out of all settings pages to save the settings
