At this point: You have approved your Girl Scout’s Digital Cookie site You are ready to view potential and existing cookie customers We hope this tutorial video will help you navigate your Digital Cookie experience so that both you and your Girl Scout can be super successful with this fun, new tool! Digital Cookie is a new, fun, and exciting way to take your Girl Scout’s cookie sale beyond the booth – helping her do more with her cookie business, garner more support, and have a ton more fun! What is the Customer’s Page?
The Customer Page within the Digital Cookie is: A read-only location where you can view the customer details your Girl Scout has added The page from which your Girl Scout can send marketing s to friends and family The information provided here helps your Girl Scout: Track existing and potential customers, helping her build her cookie book of business Market her cookie business and garner more support for her cookie sale Narration: Girl Scouts have the opportunity to add potential and existing customers to their pages, along with some notes about each customer to identify their cookie needs, and track the information. They will be able to use this information for follow-up. You can access the read-only view of these customers and their details, as well as the marketing from the Customers page. Girls have the ability to add customers, review orders, add notes about orders, and send out marketing s. Although parents have a read-only version of the girl’s Customers page, they can still view the customers added and see the communication that is being delivered. The information provided here helps your Girl Scout: Track existing and potential customers, helping her build her cookie book of business Market her cookie business and garner more support for her cookie sale

Narration: To enter the Customers page, click the Customers tab. When you enter the Customers page, you immediately see a display of the customers that have been added. Even though you can’t edit any information on this page, you can still review this list of potential and existing customers. To see more information about a customer, click the customer link, which is the customer’s name, to access their details. If no order is placed, you will see the information that was manually added by your Girl Scout. If an order has been placed, you can view the details of the order including the number of packages, the order type, the date and time of the order, the status, the variety of cookies that were ordered, and an order total in dollars. Again, parents have a read-only version of this page. Design Notes:

Narration: If this customer has not yet placed an order, you will see basic customer details such as name and address, and any other information that was entered by your Girl Scout. Notice the bread crumbs (the sequential series of pages you visited to arrive at the current page) at the top of this page. You can navigate back to the previous Customers page by clicking the previously visited sections. Design Note:

Narration: If an order has been placed, you can view the customer details along with details about the order they have placed. Scroll down the page to view the Order Details for this customer. This includes the number of orders placed, the order type, the date and time of the order, the order status, the variety of cookies that were ordered, and an order total in dollars. Again, parents have a read-only version of this page. Click the Customers link in the bread crumbs at the top-left of the page to go back to the main Customers page.

Narration: When you are back on the Customers page, notice the Preview Marketing button at the bottom of the page. Click this button to view the awesome marketing that can be sent out by the Girl Scout to her existing and potential customers.
