7 Exploring the resources

Discuss the barriers and enablers to driving forward digital capability in your organisation. Activity 2: Your digital profile Look at one of 3 digital capability profiles (HE/FE/learner) What new digital capability do you/your learners need to develop? Activity 3: Case studies of successful interventions at organisational level How can interventions at an organisational level facilitate growth in individual digital capabilities and have a positive impact beyond skills development. Activity 4: Curriculum mapping Identify opportunities for integrating digital capabilities within your course/unit of study. 20 min per cycle/2 cycles of activities The aim of these 4 activities is to identify strategies and practices that can be used at scale across institutions to ensure digital capability development is open to all and not restricted to pockets of innovators. 09/05/17 #digitalcapability 19/07/2018
