What is quality? ISO standard: "the totality of features and characteristics of a product or service that bears its ability to satisfy stated or implied needs."

Our role to ensure competence?
Responsibility of educators and clinical practitioners Both have to remain updated and in touch with development What is it that we want from our practitioners? Honesty – did the student really pass? How do we support and guide development?
