2. Assisting New Dragon Users
To request DMNE the service ADPAC or the user can call extension 2490.
When the software has been pushed to the workstation, installation is done from “Run Advertised Programs”. The following slides will offer detailed explanation.

3. To run the DMNE software
Before the user can use DMNE the software must be run from “Run Advertised Programs”
From the desktop click on the Start Orb
Click on Control Panel

4. Set your view to category, click on Programs

6. Click here to install the software
If the software has been pushed to the workstation by IRM you will see 1VA-Nuance Dragon. Click to complete installation

7. It may take several days for the software to sync with the server
It may take several days for the software to sync with the server. When the DMNE is ready to use Last Status will say Successful

8. When you see that DMNE has been successfully installed click on the start orb then type “Network” into the search programs and files box

9. Click on Network Edition to open Dragon
DMNE will appear at the top of the list of programs Dragon is now ready for use.

10. To place the Dragon Icon on the desktop; Right Click on Network Edition, go to Send to, click on Desktop.
