2 A Note on Getting Around the Tutorial
Before you begin, here are some tips on navigating through the training tutorial: The Tutorial is designed to run in Slide Show mode. If it is not in Slide Show mode, please click the icon in the tool bar or click the From Current Slide option on the Slide Show menu. The Navigation Bar at the upper right of every screen can be used to move between slides in the tutorial. See the descriptions to the right on this page. You can step through the tutorial page by page by using your Page Down or Down Arrow keys, by clicking on the Next button on the Navigation Bar, or simply by clicking your left mouse button or pressing your Enter key. The buttons and hyperlinks throughout the presentation will help you navigate to specific modules in the tutorial. If you follow a hyperlink, you can use the Previous button in the Navigation Bar to return to the last page visited. Click HOME on the Navigation Bar from anywhere in the presentation to return to the Overview page. On some slides you can roll over certain portions of the screen to display additional content. You can save a local copy of this tutorial to review or share. 3 eLynx Package Center Training Overview
This is an interactive training module that describes the Package Center functions available as part of the eLynx eDelivery and eSignature services integrated into D+H LaserPro® and DepositPro®. Users can complete the training at their own pace, and focus on the tasks that are most relevant to their roles. Access Package Center by clicking the Package Center tab on My Deliveries. Package Center provides ability to build, update, or change document packages being send to recipients. Create a stand-alone package delivery A package of documents can be created entirely in Package Center using documents from outside of the origination system Delay a package delivery to add or to edit the contents Documents from the origination system can be “paused” or “held” in Package Center to allow an admin to review or modify the package before it is sent to the recipients. Individual documents in the package can be added, removed, or renamed. Manage Packages Deliver Packages Map Documents Upload Requests Note: This overview addresses all functions of Package Center. A financial institution may choose to not implement all features so some items may not be available. eLynx Confidential

4 MANAGE PACKAGES Add a document After creating a new delivery or selecting an existing delivery, you can add a PDF, MS Word, MS Excel, text or rtf document to the package. From within the delivery, click the Add a Document button. Browse to the document. Click Open. Click Submit to add the file to the delivery Click anywhere to continue with the tutorial. eLynx Confidential

5 Working with Documents in a Package
MANAGE PACKAGES Working with Documents in a Package After documents have been added to a package, they can be reordered in the package, viewed, marked as Print & Sign, or removed using the icons alongside each document in the Package Center. Use the up and down arrows to reorder documents Click the icon to use SwiftView to display document in a new browser tab. Check box to specify that the document must be printed and signed by the recipient rather than signed electronically. Click to remove the document from the package. eLynx Confidential

6 DELIVERING PACKAGES Deliver All Documents After all documents have been added, set in the desired order, and marked Print & Sign as necessary, the entire package can be delivered by clicking the Deliver All Documents button. The Delivery Information window will display where you can enter the Name of the Package, a Billing Group (if appropriate), and up to four recipients. For each recipient, you must enter an address, first name, and last name. eLynx Confidential

7 DELIVERING PACKAGES Delivery Information On the Delivery Information screen you can also specify the type of delivery, an expiration date for the package, an subject, and a personal message. What type is this document set? Delivery Only Does not require consent and does not support signatures Delivery with Consent Requires recipient consent to receive document(s) electronically. eSignatures and Print & Sign are not supported Delivery with Signature Select if ANY document in the package requires an eSignature or is identified as Print & Sign, also requires consent (will require entry of return address) Mail documents if they expire or cannot be handled electronically. This option is only available if Print and Mail services are enabled. Applies only to Delivery with Consent and Delivery with Signature. eLynx Confidential

9 Entering Recipient Detail
DELIVERING PACKAGES Entering Recipient Detail The Recipient Detail screen is used to enter the mailing address of the recipient should the package “fall to print” and the Mail documents if they expire or cannot be handled electronically. checkbox is checked on the previous screen. Any information that was previously provided or not required for delivery will not be requested. The Recipient Detail screen must be completed for each recipient. eLynx Confidential

10 Recipient Authentication
DELIVERING PACKAGES Recipient Authentication If the recipient has not yet authenticated (by having received another document package) the answers to the questions displayed must be entered. The recipient will need to match these answers before accessing the package. The displayed questions can vary depending upon implementation.. Once you have entered authentication questions for each recipient, click the Finish button to continue. . eLynx Confidential

11 DELIVERING PACKAGES Sending the Delivery Package Center will display a dialog box listing the package recipients and prompting you to confirm that you want to continue. To confirm, click Yes; to cancel sending the package, click No. After sending the delivery, the screen will return to the Delivered Documents tab. . eLynx Confidential

12 MAP DOCUMENTS User Document Mapping Package Center allows you to specify which documents in the package each recipient receives and to set the order in which the recipients will receive the documents. Use the Recipient Details grid to specify who gets which document. To Set the signing order, change the Order number. If the order for all recipients is set to 1, all recipients will be sent the documents at the same time. In the event of more than one recipient on an eSignature package, it is possible to configure the signing order to be consecutive or sequential. Consecutive signers can sign the documents delivered to them at the same time as other consecutive signers. Sequential signers will not receive documents until the previous signer had signed the documents. With more than two recipients, any combination of consecutive and sequential can be used. 13 MAP DOCUMENTS User Document Mapping Once you have identified which documents each signer needs to sign and specified the signing order, you can prepare the documents for eSignature. You can add signature fields, initial boxes, check boxes, and date fields to any document in a package After sending the delivery, the screen will return to the Delivered Documents tab. . eLynx Confidential

14 MAP DOCUMENTS User Document Mapping Select appropriate document to add signature (or other element) to, and click and drag desired field(s) from column on left to appropriate location(s) on document. Repeat for each signer and document in package as appropriate After sending the delivery, the screen will return to the Delivered Documents tab. . eLynx Confidential

15 Create Upload Requests
Documents can be also be requested from a recipient. You will be prompted to provide recipient information and a personal message can be included . eLynx Confidential

Enter answers to security questions as provided by recipient (if not previously entered or recipient hasn’t registered) Click Yes button in Deliver Upload Request to send request (recipients will be listed) . After sending the delivery, the screen will return to the Delivered Documents tab. eLynx Confidential

17 Viewing Uploaded Documents
When a document has been uploaded to the admin site an notification is then sent to the requester. Documents provided in response to an upload request are available on the Delivered Documents Tab Print and Sign documents are available by selecting “Download Documents” in the Package Actions dropdown eLynx Confidential
