3. Expectations:
Good News! :In this course you will add to COPIUS notes!! We have lots of places to see and people to meet!
Take it in as a long running story with lots of different “chapters” in our nation’s history.
Try to imagine “living” in the times we study…
You will be assessed through a quiz each week
Get to take A 2 weeks!
But wait, there’s more!
Small Research Papers, Opinion papers, Pros and Cons papers and various group projects await you….and if you are really lucky (good/well behaved)…maybe even a final FUN Project worth 2 Chunky Test grades!!!

4. Class Procedures
At the start of each class there will be a warm-up journal topic or a warm up worksheet. These are to be completed quietly when directed.
Middle portion will typically be a power-point presentation with various embedded activities and related video clips.
Wrap-up portion of class shall include review activities and homework explanations ect.
