Are you in the correct Mode? Click here for more information on changing modes.

Are your signal cables connected properly?

Are you using Windows?

Are you using Mac?

Check your device is outputting correctly. Check this by right clicking the desktop. Select ”Screen Resolution”. Under ”multiple displays” ”duplicate displays” should be selected. Did this resolve the issue?

7. Display
In the same window click ”Connect to a projector”. Did this solve the issue? If no you will need to log a case at the next prompt.

8. Display
Check your device is outputting correctly. Check this by clicking the apple symbol on the top left corner of your desktop, selecting ”System Preferences” then clicking on ”Display”. ”Show mirroring option in menu bar” should be ticked. In the ”Arrangement” tab ”Mirror Display” also needs to be ticked. Did this solve the issue? If No you will need to log a case at the next prompt.

9. Display
