2 REFAP REFAP was established in 2010 to assist with the need for more Aboriginal people to gain skilled long-term employment within the Australian workplace. Our business supports organisations engaging in Aboriginal recruitment programs and those establishing business ventures with Aboriginal Organisations. REFAP has a competitive advantage by having experienced first hand the challenges that Aboriginal people face in the workplace.
