What is Outdoor Education?
The outdoor education program is designed to provide students with an opportunity to apply their learning and skills to real life. By taking students outside of the classroom they gain insight to how the topics covered in each discipline relates to the outdoor environment.

Why Participate in Outdoor Education?
Students gain first-hand experiences with group interaction, problem solving, individualized mental and physical challenges. The spiral nature of the program gradually increases in intensity as the activities and challenges progress from the group to the individual. Each success provides increased self confidence. The end result is a well-rounded, self-confident student who realizes the benefits of education and that anything is possible.
