FM broadcast benefits listeners, especially in times of crisis. Unlike text-based alert system deployed by the wireless industry, broadcast radio can work even when cell networks go down or become heavily congested. Multiple Delivery paths: Traditional EAS Audio Text alerts Using Radio Data System HD Radio Emergency Alerts NextRadio has integrated Alert FM web services to actively receive and process EAS and NWS alerts on an ongoing basis for display on wireless device.
