2. What is the EAEC?
The European Association of ERASMUS Coordinators (EAEC) is a non profit, non governmental organization based registered in Cyprus with a well established network of partners and 125 university members. It was founded in 2005 and since then it has been growing steadily.

The EAEC European Coordination Office will have a National Support Office with a contact communication person connected with EAEC.
The contact will be managing all the national request for support by the TASK-Force and will be organizing local Thematic Innovation Meetings. Communications with other EAEC European Offices in other countries and distribution of information in English and in the local language.
The national member representatives will have an access password to the Portal and send reminders for funding alerts.
Organizations active in providing Consulting Business for EU funding cannot become EAEC Members but could be considered for membership to the EAEC Task Force.

20. The EAEC European Coordination Office in different countries
FEES
Each national member organization will pay a membership fee of 900 euro per year payable to EAEC,
400 euro covers the annual membership to EAEC
And optional
500 euro the membership to the Networking Group supported by EAEC, PROGNOSIS and the local ECO host.
This does not include support for preparation of proposals as an expert consultancy of the EAEC Task force may apply different formula of cooperation.
