So, what does the Scout Network look like in 2018?
Scout Network will be contributing to the growth of the association by retaining Explorer Scouts Young adults will be joining from outside the movement as Scout Network is seen as the place to be… Young adults will be enjoying adventure, community and international experiences LIFE CHANGING ADVENTURE

So, what does the Scout Network look like in 2018?
Programme changes introduced in 2015 will be embedded Skills will be passed on We will be seeing unprecedented numbers of top awards being achieved… The free to join and flexible membership model seen as the future for other parts of our organisation When recommending the changes to Scout Network, Programme Core Team believed that they would result in: A reinvigorated sense of purpose for Scout Network A genuinely compelling 6-25 programme proposition, with greater participation and retention More young adults transitioning from Explorer Scouts to Scout Network More young adults joining the UK Scout Network from outside Scouting More young adults transitioning from Scout Network into other roles in Scouting An increase in peer led and peer supported activity, and in numbers of Queen’s Scout Awards Enhanced capability to deliver on The Scout Association’s wider strategic objectives A broader talent pool from which future leaders may be identified A greater understanding and appreciation of the role that young adults aged 18 to 25 can make in the development and growth of local Scouting Opportunities to market to and derive value from a membership cohort of circa 21,000 LIFE CHANGING ADVENTURE

So, what does the Scout Network look like in 2018?
The leadership of the section is truly Youth Shaped with young adults filling all key roles The example set by the section drives the Vision for younger sections Skills learned in Scout Network are used by leaders in the younger sections Scout Networks will be established in all communities and will be the hub around which community action is built LIFE CHANGING ADVENTURE
