Debtor’s Letter Debtor’s letters shown are for the few percentage of either very late or very large amounts outstanding. A hybrid system where the bulk would come direct from the monthly statement run with a few percent transferred of for manual letter writing is suggested, particularly if the option to “write your own” paragraph is used occasionally. This shows an all-QDE letter writing system, however the product detail, amounts and bank details could easily come from the original system and not require keying in a well-designed application of QDE.

This time the content is all original and keyed - just like in Word.
You can also “pick up” standard paragraphs and insert them, for ANY activity that warrants saving the text to use again. One QDE form for potentially ALL Customer letters. Not bad for US $150 per seat, per year.
