Debtor’s letters shown are for the few percentage of either very late or very large amounts outstanding. A hybrid system where the bulk would come direct from the monthly statement run with a few percent transferred of for manual letter writing is suggested, particularly if the option to “write your own” paragraph is used occasionally. This shows an all-QDE letter writing system, however the product detail, amounts and bank details could easily come from the original system and not require keying in a well-designed application of QDE.
