developed calculation methods and building performance evaluation; energy balance models for different types of buildings.
Alternative business model solutions:
- practical applications of utilization of the developed energy efficiency and energy balance models;
- energy efficiency related business opportunities: regional energy management services, energy audit services etc.

12 Trained Russian experts (from public and private sector) in the field of energy efficiency and facility management
Indirect output: team of persons who trust each other, have the same views and joint platform for cooperation in priority topics
Urgent: LUT and SPbSPU have FRIU * as the platform for cooperation
Together with SE312, SE396 and SE631 ENPI projects EFEM is the output of FRIU
* FRIU – Finnish-Russian Innovation University – network structure established 10 October 2008 in the frame of the 1st Saint-Petersburg International Innovation Forum by LUT, SPbSPU and other Finnish and Russian educational, research and innovation organizations
