What is a goal? No, not that goal... Not that one either!

This is the goal we are talking about!
A GOAL is something that you are trying to do or achieve. Goal setting is the process of deciding what you want to do or accomplish and creating a plan or steps to achieve these results!

Mr. Resh: “My goal is to work out 3-4 times a week and eat healthier.”

Learn about each other’s goals (ask questions!) Give advice and ideas to help others with their goals Provide positive encouragement and support to others Be a coach or cheerleader! Do not let that person give up on his or her goal! Help him or her to keep pushing forward toward their success
