Systems participating in four domains:
Cardiology
Laboratory
IT Infrastructure
Radiology
Testing plan and physical space organized by domain
Cross-domain testing part of plan
Preparation for HIMSS/ACC demos a key element for many participants

6. Daily Schedule Breakfast begins daily at 7:15am
Testing begins daily at 8:00am and ends at 5:00pm
Lunch at Noon
Miscellaneous group assemblies
Technical Project Manager directs details of testing schedule

7. Hotel Accommodations Oak Brook area has several reasonable hotels
List of local hotels will be forwarded to distribution list

8. Schedule – Day 1 All personnel arrive by January 17, 8:00am
8:00am-noon: Set up and configuration
1:00pm: Testing begins
Special set up issues should be worked out by arriving early: Friday, January 14

9. Power and Space Requirements due by December 15, 2004 Need: Also:
Number of “plugs”
Amperage of each
Any special voltage requirements
Any special plugs
Also:
Space requirements for systems that won’t fit on a table top

10. Network Steve Moore keeps table of static IP addresses
Not an infinite series, use only what you need
Special requirements (eg, VPN) need to be identified and worked out in advance
Early arrival if necessary

11. Success Criteria Submit success logs for MESA tools tests
Due date: Dec. 23, 2004
Pass all tests required in test plan to satisfaction of Technical Project Management team
Be courteous and helpful to fellow participants
Perform additional testing as scheduled
Check testing log to see you receive full credit

12. Administrative
Administrative: Final payment required in advance, due by Jan. 14
Register all participants in advance, sponsors will provide Web page
Provide local contact info, where available
Sign in and out at the testing area
