6. Events Manager As Events Manager: plan and execute events
have clear knowledge of the event procedures in order to manage the events

7. Logistics/Treasurer As Logistical Officer:
in charge of booking facilities
administration work that may accompany the booking of facilities for the club
Carrying out stock checks
As Treasurer:
in charge of settling claims for items that the club purchases
advise the committee about budget issues when making decisions

8. in charge of advertising any event or competition that club has
increase awareness about the club
should we need sponsors or collaborators for certain events, it will be your job to reach out to other organisations, be it within or outside the school
