Used for verification of important Diary data information
Setup on Diary Field in Diary Matrix setup
Multiuser or Single user verification
Diary log will show pending and verified fields
Not possible to copy case with pending Diary information not yet confirmed

3. Data Verification Case and Name verification
Audit setup in Maintenance
Choose what to verify
Report to show what is pending for verification
Create Workflow to control the Data verification setup

4. Case Management Open Entry- search on MatterId, Appl.no, Reg.no
Default Column setup- add/remove columns and change layout on all tabs that have column setup-User specific
Switch between open tabs with Ctrl+Tab
Last open cases and names list under File menu
Show report menu option(Case reports, Financial reports, Name reports)
Change Basic Case data(Maintenance)

5. Name setup Multiple Recommended Name type possible on Name record
Possible to restrict use of Name types on cases with BC 317-only name records of matching name type setup can be added on Parties tab
Name search- possible to search using multiple name type

6. Name setup
Default Name setup (Maintenance) – possible to add specific name to specific setup (usually used for Authorities)
Name Matrix set up- possible to add connected names upon case creation
Profile/service-Additional level of categorization for communication from your organization, like mailing
Default Service Level
Name Tree view- easy access to search existing name records
Default Name creation Setup- possibility to add additional fields to be populated with data upon Name creation

7. Additional Find options
Custom Find- combination of saved Criterias + Find lists
Create own Find list- add more columns to show in Case find window
Possible to export results to Excel
Import devices to Excel with Image loader plugin
Filter- Find; with ctrl+rightclick possible to filter search result or in already existing search windows

8. General Tips&Tricks
FILTER/FIND Easy way to filter and find in search result
Copy value- possible to copy values from Patricia with Ctrl+right click when hoovering over value
Send report via mail- standard reports can be sent as PDF attachment via Patricia setup

Add/Delete Name on Family cases (Related case)
Change Team on Family cases (no term update)
Batch Parties change- Change name on larger amount of cases
