Anteroposterior radiographs of right tibia and fibula of case 2 at 2 years of age and left tibia and fibula of case 3 at age 6 years. Features of osteopetrosis include diffuse osteosclerosis with absence of medullary cavities and flared metaphyses containing transverse lines. Despite the increased bone density, healing fractures are evident in both radiographs.
