The Blue Ridge mountains is located west of the fall and the piedmont region. The mountains are old rounded mountains. The mountains are from 250 millon years ago. Mountains Rodgers is in my region. The blue ridge mountains is the source of many rivers.

Appalachian plateau is a high plateau. The Appalachian Plateau does not have a lot of cities there. The Indians that lived their spoke Iroquoian. The industries in the Appalachian Plateau is coal mining. The Appalachian Plateau has mountains but is flat on the top.
