Group 1: Transport officers Transport consultants Bike share suppliers Bike share operators Group 2: Local business Community group member Existing cyclist Utility company AR? -In your groups, think about what you or your chosen characters would want to see in the business case for new bike share in your town for the points in the following slide.

Whether partnership agreements match timescales for contracts and for leases. partnerships, inc implementation (Unis) and corporate support/ individual station sponsorship - Nextbike hiring business manager – who has business acumen

Service Level Agreements – Key Performance Indicators Reports: Monitoring & Marketing Other involvement; e.g. charities …also customer satisfaction/complaints, maintenance and redistribution
