European LCB Advisory Board
During the process of defining the European members of the LCB we decided to set up an “European Advisory Board” to enable the involvement of more European members of the LC community (ILC and CLIC) in the discussions and decisions. Proposed procedure: European members of LCB invite additional colleagues. RECFA should receive this list to take note and if appropriate make additional suggestions. ELCSC (European Linear Collider Board) will be dissolved once LCB and the European Advisory Board is in operation. March 16, 2013 RECFA Paris

Study extended in Nov. 2010 until end of 2013
Mandate of chair Juan Fuster expires Nov. 2013 We need to decide on the continuation of the ECFA study and if positive select a new chair. Part of Worldwide Study of the Physics and Detectors for future linear e+ e- colliders (WWS), ECFA Study is counterpart to North American Study (ALCPG) and Asian Study (ACFA) Propose to invite Juan Fuster to our next RECFA meeting. (Any correlation with a possible ECFA TLEP study? I have been contacted already by A. Blondel) March 16, 2013 RECFA Paris

ECFA-ICFA School in Serbia
Following the discussion during the RECFA visit in Belgrade a meeting was held with Prof. M. Veskovic (Rector of University of Novi Sad), Ariella Cattai, Phillip Bloch, MK reaching the following agreements: Instrumentation school be held in Novi Sad, 1st week in September 2014 Aim for 60 participants (20 from Serbia, 20 from the danube region, 20 international) Duration one week, three or four hands-on laboratories Some discussion on the program: industry and spin-off oriented March 16, 2013 RECFA Paris

HEPTECH observer in RECFA?
Suggestion received by G. Mikenberg: Dear Manfred: following our conversation during the CERN Council week, I would like to propose that the Coordinator of the HEPTECH Network, which follows and encourages Technology Transfer between European HEP and Industry (see attached transparencies presented during the September CERN Council Session), Dr. Ian Tracey be invited as an observer to the RECFA Country visits. This would allow the network (which needs to report yearly to the council) to have a better overview of the Industrial and Technology Transfer activities in HEP within the Member States, which could lead to a possible improvement in the subject. I would be thankful if you could discuss this possibility during your next RECFA meeting. Best regards, George March 16, 2013 RECFA Paris
