3 Fixed vs. Growth Mindset
There are many different thoughts about where ability and intelligence comes from. Some believe that success is based on innate ability, or rather, something you are be born with.

4 Fixed vs. Growth Mindset
This is called a fixed theory of intelligence. Others believe their success is based on hard work and learning are said to have a growth theory of intelligence.

5 Fear of Failure Fixed mindset individuals dread failure because it is a negative statement on their basic abilities.

6 Fear of Failure Growth mindset individuals don't mind failure as much because they realize their performance can be improved.
