2. When You Open Files Using Excel 2000 or 2003
The first thing you will need to do is check your Excel macro security. To do this, go to
Tools → Macros → Security.
Make sure you choose the “Medium” option. This will allow you to choose whether or not to run a Macro when you download it. After this, you will probably want to change the setting back to the original.
