2. Long term schedule (2): Date Milestone December 2011 Completion of prototyping of Agencies’ implementation of RDEF (Blue Book validation). Start of Yellow Book containing the results of the interoperability testing. Spring 2012 Review of Yellow Book containing the results of the interoperability testing. Date TBD After Yellow Book on the interoperability testing is complete, issue 2nd Agency revision of the Blue Book. Revise Magenta Book based on inputs coming from SMWG, whenever such WG is advancing on the definition of SM for tracking services. Further interoperability testing to verify system performance and improve level of accuracy. The results of such testing could lead to the revision of the Magenta and Green Books.

Progress Achieved What do you expect to accomplish:
To publish the Magenta Book To go through the First Round of Agency Review on the Blue Book by Spring 2011 To have a complete draft (for all sections) of the Green Book by Spring 2011
8
Open Issues / Areas of concern
What are the currently known open issues Presence of NASA to meetings Quasar catalogue Areas of concern Same as above
9
Risk Management Update
Resources are always an issue Risk of delay managed by accepting the delay itself
10
Cross Area WG / BOF Issues
Are there issues in your WG with other WGs? No Is there cross WG or cross area coordination needed? Service Management: SMWG will extend, in the future, their SM procedures to tracking services; interaction with such WG is being put in place, to insure the proper level of coordination At what level and how would you like to proceed? Service management: embed the DDOR service in the SM framework discussions with SMWG are on going, a more focalised concept of the required SR has been provided to SM WG
