2. Never use your birthday or something that could be related to you or your family. For example you should never use your middle name, phone number, birth date, or a pet’s name
A word on it’s own is not enough, so to increase your password’s strength you can add numbers and or symbols, to make the password stronger.

3. To make your password stronger and not so easy to crack you should always have some symbols in it. 
Try to use different password's sometimes. Try and change your password every two months.
