4. Teams Students form teams once a Coach is identified
5 students per team
Meet weekly at school
Wednesdays
3:30-4:30pm
Room H-14 (Lucas-Fields Tech&Eng)
Meet outside school hours as determined by team members and coach
Must attend tournaments held on Saturdays (some run through Sundays)

5. Coaches We need you! No experience necessary!
Administrative facilitator:
- Collect and disseminate information from Ms. Lucas-Fields
- Ensure safety and security of students during competitions
- Liaise with team members’ parents regarding practice and tournament logistics
- Supervise team members

6. Team member responsibilities
Commit to working on projects outside of school with other team members
2-3 hours per week
1-2 hours per night preparing for competitions
Attend tournaments and competitions on Saturdays (specific dates determined by team)
Full participation in and commitment to designing, programming, and controlling activities.
Students unable to meet these expectations will be excluded from attending tournaments, and will forfeit the $300 fee.
