4. Our Team USSE2 is made up of two independent companies both with
expertise and experience with SOSS.
US&S – 8(a), SDB, SDVOSB with core competencies in grounds maintenance, janitorial services, construction and renovation and security services.
E2 – minority-owned, SDB with core competencies in facilities operations and maintenance, infrastructure operations and maintenance, engineering and environmental services.
US&S & E2 have partnered together on Support Services since 2011.
At NETL, we are a fully populated, fully integrated, seamless LLC
AECOM is our single named subcontractor.
US&S, E2 and AECOM have an extensive history working together, including existing subcontracts from AECOM affiliates in the DOE complex.

We are and will continue to be a ‘Service Organization’.
We provide safe, efficient, cost effective support to all lab facilities with the goal of furthering the research missions of these facilities.
We communicate to all stakeholders openly, honestly and frequently so there are no surprises.
We exercise a disciplined approach to planning our work but maintain a flexibility to execute emergent work seamlessly.
