4 Our Team USSE2 is made up of two independent companies both with
expertise and experience with SOSS. US&S – 8(a), SDB, SDVOSB with core competencies in grounds maintenance, janitorial services, construction and renovation and security services. E2 – minority-owned, SDB with core competencies in facilities operations and maintenance, infrastructure operations and maintenance, engineering and environmental services. US&S & E2 have partnered together on Support Services since 2011. At NETL, we are a fully populated, fully integrated, seamless LLC AECOM is our single named subcontractor. US&S, E2 and AECOM have an extensive history working together, including existing subcontracts from AECOM affiliates in the DOE complex.

Our Leadership Dedicated Key Personnel Keys represent a mix of new perspective with incumbent experience Opportunity to bring improvements based on best practices and lessons learned to NETL USSE2 structured/staffed to autonomously meet all contract requirements Keys provide in person leadership through frequent travel to all three NETL sites Board of Managers Broad experience managing businesses in both government and private sectors Will be visible and accessible to key personnel and NETL Quarterly Board meeting rotated through all three NETL sites Corporate office in Morgantown Reach-back conduit to all companies as needed, when needed

Our Approach Operating Philosophy: Safety – Our work begins and ends with safety All injuries can and should be prevented Everyone has responsibility for a safe workplace Anyone can stop an unsafe job or work practice We are and will continue to be a ‘Service Organization’. We provide safe, efficient, cost effective support to all lab facilities with the goal of furthering the research missions of these facilities. We communicate to all stakeholders openly, honestly and frequently so there are no surprises. We exercise a disciplined approach to planning our work but maintain a flexibility to execute emergent work seamlessly.

12 USSE2 will analyze the new scope and determine appropriate staffing
Integration Plan Key Point – the RES scope being integrated is considered new scope added to the SOS contract and therefore: USSE2 will analyze the new scope and determine appropriate staffing Positions identified may be posted as early as October 16th as open positions for two weeks. All postings will be found at: USSE2’s Career Page: WV: PA: OR: Employees are encouraged to apply for all positions for which they qualify. Any necessary interviews will be conducted 11/2 – 11/16 All offers will be disseminated by 12/15 All offer letters must be signed and dated by 12/31/2017 Candidates hired by USSE2 will be new hires effective 2/1/2018

Integration Plan Scope will be integrated consistent with our current structure We will offer pay and benefits consistent with our current agreements (CBAs or SCA) We will have our Benefits Open Enrollment in January 2018 We will provide progress updates to you through our USSE2 Website and Group s.
