Areas to Explore Perception that behaviour should be better in Set 1 “This is a set 1 class, you should not be talking” Lower set students described themselves as being “given up on” and the teachers “don’t know how to deal with us”

7 Bullying WWW Pleasant atmosphere where adults and students are polite to one another Clear anti bullying boards and displays Know they can speak to Mrs Wilson- Head Areas to Explore Certain students are bullied as they are quiet , different or have learning difficulty (teacher agreed) Students feel they can be judged for not having the most up to date clothes and accessories, non-uniform days are very difficult and stressful.
