An old watermill in a truly idyllic position in a beautiful wooded valley with a traditional two storey in need of restoration. The entrance is through an old wooden door into a living room 5m x 3.9m with old fireplace, flagstone floor and wooden framed windows. Step up to a bedroom 3m x 2m with window to rear. There is no mains electricity at the moment but all the cables have been laid to the edge of the property so connection is not a problem. Water is supplied by a private well. Madronero is a small town 10 minutes south of Trujillo, Extremadura, with shops, restaurants, medical centre, two schools, banks, municipal swimming pool and a weekly street market.
