TIME TO TALK DAY TOMORROW!
HOW ARE YOU? TIME TO TALK DAY TOMORROW! Conversations about mental health change lives. At the moment, too many people with mental health problems are made to feel isolated, ashamed and worthless by other people’s reactions. But talking about mental health doesn’t need to be difficult. It can be as simple as making time to have a cup of tea or go for a walk, and listening to someone talk about how they feel. This is what Time to Talk Day is all about – giving us all the chance to talk and listen about mental health. We can continue those conversations later! How did it feel to be listened to?

SHEPHERDS BUSH BRANCH of MIHOMECARE
“We were aware that a happy workforce makes for a better service, and ultimately, happier service-users.” “I doubt there is anywhere out there that is doing everything they can to be a healthy and happy workplace – and using the Charter framework helps to identify what you can do better. Even if you are doing all that you can, it is great to get recognition for it!” – Katie Drakeford Regional Manager, Mihomecare And this isn’t just my take on things. Mihomecare Shepherds Bush branch recently used the Charter framework to review and develop what they are doing, and gained Commitment level accreditation in October last year. I’ve included their experiences for you to have a read of.
