The last three years he managed a Sales team of five associates, covering small to mid-size businesses in the Inland Empire Region- focusing on the employees market, increased year over year revenue by an average of $1.5 million each year during this period. BIO: Michael grew up in Syracuse, New York, and graduated in 1986 from Niagara University with a B.A. in Marketing. Michael was a founding shareholder of Safesite Records Management Corporation, where over eleven years he held positions in sales, sales management and chief operating roles. In November 1997, Michael founded Advantage Payroll Services of Boston Massachusetts, a full service payroll processing company. Along with affiliate offices across the country, Michael also founded and chaired United Payroll Associates, Inc, as a vehicle to increase operating and sales performance across twelve Advantage offices nationally.
