Input It is the information you receive.
This comes from your ears and eyes. You also feel a lot of information (gripping a racket). Proprioception-the awareness of your body.

Decision making Perception – is the process of interpreting information (what you see and hear) Short-term Memory – all information goes there and you can forget it easily. Long-term Memory – It holds images of what you should do in a situation.

Output This is the action that you take as a result of your brains decision. If you long-term memory is good your output will be good.

Feedback It is the response you receive from your output.
It helps you learn and improve and the new skills are then input. The cycle starts again.
