3 Input It is the information you receive.
This comes from your ears and eyes. You also feel a lot of information (gripping a racket). Proprioception-the awareness of your body.

4 Decision making Perception – is the process of interpreting information (what you see and hear) Short-term Memory – all information goes there and you can forget it easily. Long-term Memory – It holds images of what you should do in a situation.

5 DECISION MADE PERCEPTION SHORT-TERM MEMORY LONG-TERM MEMORY
INPUT OUTPUT DECISION MADE PERCEPTION SHORT-TERM MEMORY LONG-TERM MEMORY

6 Output This is the action that you take as a result of your brains decision. If you long-term memory is good your output will be good.

7 Feedback It is the response you receive from your output.
It helps you learn and improve and the new skills are then input. The cycle starts again.
