5. Summer Internship
Students are matched with host organizations according to the expressed interests of both
Internship duration: approximately 5 weeks
Internship contains a research and a community service components
The host organization provides on-site supervisor
UCU appoints an academic supervisor
Host organization assists in finding accommodation during the internship

7. Criteria
Currently 2nd and 3rd year students from ALL departments and majors
- Genuine interest in development issues
- Good academic performance
- Fulfilled breadth requirement
- Interdisciplinary interest
- Cross-cultural interest
- Maturity

10. Costs (€) - 1700,- program costs to be paid to UCU (fixed)
- 700,- to 800,- travel costs
- 100,- vaccinations
- 300,- housing
