With 4 tools finalized and 2 in the pipeline, activities on ISPA promotion and dissemination need to be stepped up alongside the continued work on additional tools.
For ISPA tools to be used, a two-fold strategy is suggested:
1.- Tools need to be mainstreamed into the work-planning and technical advisory activities of ISPA agencies
2.- Partner countries and governments need to be aware of the tools and understand their added value
