How?
Reports from current officers on their events

Officers should send information about their committee’s or hall’s events and activities, including:
A short (a few sentences or a paragraph) summary of the event, program, or activity
Short comments on the success of the event
Rough number of participants
Electronic copies of posters advertising events

Source of funding – S-P, outside source, ticket sales?
List of supplies used: quantities, vendors, cost
Names of volunteers who participated
Any other information that you think would be useful to someone planning a similar event in the future
