3 Brief Background: Genesis gives the historical account of creation and God’s covenant with His people Israel. At the heart of this biblical history was God’s covenant with Abraham. And geographically the places where Isaac settled and digs wells are places the future generations of Israel enjoys as their land (Promised Land).

4 Key Verse - Genesis 26:24 That night the LORD appeared to him and said, "I am the God of your father Abraham. Do not be afraid, for I am with you; I will bless you and will increase the number of your descendants for the sake of my servant Abraham.”

5 No opposition can prevent the promises of God from being fulfilled.
