What is white space, and why should you have some?
Changing Margins What is white space, and why should you have some? You might want to mention that adding white space is a great way to approve the appearance and readability of a document. Setting Other Print Options
Point out to students what their options are at this point. You might want to suggest that they preview their document before they print to be sure that their document is complete to save on paper, ink, or toner. You might also suggest that they print in black and white until they are sure the document is exactly how they want it, to save on colored ink, since black ink is cheaper.
