Why do we set goals? To have something to shoot for.
To measure our progress. To use as a tool for designing programs. To evaluate our programs.

Setting Your Own Fitness Goals:
Step 1: From your testing results sheet, write in under the correct fitness component, the name of the test performed and your score for that test. Step 4: Write that score in as the goal.

Designing Your Own Fitness Plan:
Step 7: Using the F.I.T.T. Principle, fill in for each letter what it will take for you to reach your goal. This will be done for each fitness component on the goal setting sheet.
