Chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML)
Chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML). This photomicrograph illustrates a patient with an increased white blood cell count. The white blood cells in the image represent a spectrum of myelogenous maturation, from myelocytes to band neutrophils. Also present are three basophils. These features are consistent with CML.
