WP Leader:
informs and cooperates with the PM
monitors the work and synchronises the different tasks in the WP
issues a detailed Workplan by the end of the WP’s 1st month
submits quarterly WP progress reports to the PM
manages the preparation of WP Deliverables (all deliverables pass through an assessment and refinement process coordinated by the PM)

11. WP5: Important Notes - II
Payment is sent to the coordinator within 60 days from the date EC approves the semestrial reports and cost statements
Payment is distributed by the coordinator as soon as it is credited to the NCSR bank account. Partners should provide the coordinator their bank accounts
Advance payment is 30% of the project funding. Deduction 30% of each subsequent payment.
Guarantee retention is 15% of the project funding
