Testicular lymphoma. Transverse ultrasound image of the left testis (A) shows a large, poorly defined hypoechoic lesion (arrows) replacing most of the normal parenchyma. The color Doppler image of the left testis (B)—portrayed in black-and-white—shows markedly increased vascularity within the solid mass. The transverse image of the right testis (C) shows the same infiltrative appearance and global testicular enlargement according to the transaxial measurement, 5.45 × 4.15 cm.
