The 6 character Registration Code that was mailed to you. You can also ask Mrs. Reed for it, or any of your child’s teachers.
Your child’s 9-digit OSIS/ID #. This can be found on your child’s program or a report card.
Your child’s birth date
You will need to make up a 6-digit password
